I'm Josh. I've spent years building software and fixing the tech messes that pile up when a business is busy actually running. Scheduling tools that don't talk to each other, inventory tracked on paper, a website from 2014 — I've seen it all.
I started Blue Bear Labs because most small businesses don't need a full-time tech person — they just need someone they can call when things stop working, or when they're ready to make things work better. That's me.
